What you will do
As part of a high-performing operations team, you will design and build best-in-class custom CRM workflows for the specific requirements of Pigment based on a deep understanding of business requirements
Recommend and develop customised solutions on the platform, with a practical approach to processes and adoption
Lead and or support on the deployment process from start to finish
Help to solution out technical build items with Business and Customer Analysts within the Operations team
Produce and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Work on wider operations projects as they arise
Who you are
Prior experience (2 years+ or equivalent) in a Salesforce development or admin role
A baseline understanding of the core Salesforce modules
You have a proven similar experience on a similar role in a start-up / scale-up
You have worked in an international environment
You have a deep understanding of the challenges a tech organisation typically faces
You are highly organised and able to multitask efficiently
You are fluent in English
You have a growth mindset
