Since our founding in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing, SaaS companies in the world today. Our product, a highly efficient and complex Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping other scaling companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.
In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 350 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London & Paris and attracted over $248M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally. What you'll do
Implement improvements to current strategy, process, people and technology that will enable the business to expand into more efficient CS offering.Ensure the successful delivery of an evolving range of programs that support immediate and future customer strategies. This will include the alignment of our wider cross-functional teams at Pigment.Provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all customer success initiatives and customer transformation projects, including business processes.Leverage deep understanding of Customer Success processes and available technologies to develop automation and streamline tasksCreate and manage Customer Success dashboards and reports to identify customer insights and performance trends including customer health and engagementDesign a solution for surfacing data on customers’ purchased amount and usage against this purchased amountPartner closely with Sales, Product, Support, Partnership teams and the rest of RevOps to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve growth goalsWho you are
You have a good knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies.You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Data-savvy: You understand the power of data, how to access and manipulate it, and how to use it to measure the effectiveness of any changes that we makeHighly competent with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) or data modeling experienceStrong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to translate data into business recommendations3 years of experience in revenue operations, corporate finance, consulting, or high-growth technology environmentYou speak English fluently, French is a plus.What we offer
