You will lead our global supply chain strategy and manage end-to-end customer deployment, ensuring outstanding delivery and satisfaction. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Leadership

• Design and implement scalable supply chain processes in alignment with strategic goals

• Manage strategic projects such as logistics transformation, cost optimization, and capacity expansion

• Monitor supply chain KPIs (OTIF, cost performance, ROI) and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with partners, production, and procurement to ensure operational excellence

Customer Success & Deployment

• Oversee full deployment lifecycle from onboarding to stabilized usage for enterprise clients

• Structure and lead customer success processes that scale with growth

• Act as voice of the customer, working with product teams to translate feedback into features

• Build and manage a high-performing team (deployment, support, customer success)

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, and customer-facing roles

• Proven success in leading deployment and transformation projects in industrial or SaaS environments

• Strong background in supply chain operations, process design, and cost optimization

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; experienced in managing and scaling teams

• Fluent in English and French; able to operate effectively in international contexts

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments is a plus
