Job description

Want to join a fast-moving company, among convivial teams and make the best quality and most authentic range of Cuban rums ? We are looking for a Supply Chain VIE for Havana Club ! You will be based in Havana, Cuba.

This is a VIE position based in Cuba, please check if you are eligible for a VIE contract before applying.

Purpose of the position:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of all supply chain operations
  • Act as key point of contact for HQ supply chain teams for any Havana Club-related topics, covering all bottling sites across the world
  • Prepare insightful analysis & presentation for key strategic meetings
  • Update, analyze and share monthly KPIs reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement by locally implementing Pernod Ricard processes and tools (S&OP, Master Data, Supply Rules,…)
  • Oversee logistics operations contributing to the effective rollout of new innovations

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Bulk management

  • Forecasting: Build the annual bulk forecast by liquid quality and ensure monthly alignment with the partner rum production site.
  • Planning: Coordinate Bulk Planner activities across key Supply Chain areas such as forecasting, inventory management, 3PL, and transportation.
  • Flow Optimization: Convert copacker bottling plan in bulk necessities (PO to factories, transportation, stock management) while meeting stock coverage targets and optimizing available storage space
  • Logistics: Monitor the bulk shipment plan and proactively address any supply chain disruptions.
  • S&OP: Lead monthly S&OP bulk meetings with the co-packer to align on forecasts, supply needs, and operational priorities
  • Ready-To-Drink: Support the RTD S&OP process by assisting the Bulk Planner in coordinating and managing bulk flows efficiently.

E2E Finished Goods Management

  • Customer satisfaction: Challenge the factory bottling plan to achieve customer satisfaction among Pernod Ricard affiliates
  • Copacker Management: Act as key contact for all copacking sites around the world
  • Key Market Coordination: Lead Supply Chain Reviews with the Top 6 markets and ensure alignment through cross-functional action plans
  • KPIs Deployment: Ensure group KPIs are communicated to Cuban teams and that appropriate training is in place to support target achievement
  • S&OP: Assist the S&OP Manager in managing brand-level S&OP activities such as demand forecasting, stock optimization, and oversight of obsolete products.
  • SSOS: Track and evaluate Slow Sellers and Obsolete Stocks (SSOS) performance across Havana Club warehouses to support inventory efficiency
  • Innovation coordination: drive end-to-end logistics for innovation launches, co-developing the NPD introduction strategy with the Export team.
  • Master Data: Lead the upkeep of PR master data tools through team coordination, training, and alignment with HQ targets

Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Act as a communication bridge between local teams, headquarters, and senior management to ensure smooth information flow and alignment on key initiatives
  • Assist Purchase & Supply Chain Director by creating clear and impactful presentations for high-level meetings, including shareholder briefings and operational KPI reviews with HQ
  • Ensure visibility and understanding of group KPIs across Supply teams and contribute to performance tracking and reporting processes
  • Update & analyze monthly department KPI

You hold a Master’s degree from an Engineering or Business School and have initial experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing.

Fluency in Spanish, English, and French is a must.

You have a driver’s license.
