The position

Job description

Do you want to join a large French company with iconic brands? Join Pernod Ricard S&OP Center of Excellence as the next S&OP Intern, starting in July 2024 to work closely with the S&OP CoE team and will assist in the design, deployment and monitoring of different streams of the Transformation project. 

Your key missions: 

  • Support the team to structure different stream of the transformation project : guidelines redaction, best practices presentation 

  • Define & realize some quantitative analysis to analyse the current performance (forecast evolution/stability, process compliance, KPI adherence …) 

  • Help with the communication & community animation: creation of contents/posts, Best Practices (internal and external) sharing 

  • Contribute in preparation of sponsor update committee and overall project tracking 

Your scope: 

  • Key contact: Internally : S&OP CoE team (PO/BPO of planning tools, Transformation experts), S&OP / Supply Chain / Finance / Sales / marketing team from the affiliates (Markets). Externally: Consulting firms

Preferred experience

  • You have degree in University/Engineering School specialized in Supply Chain Management 

  • You speak fluently English, French is a plus. 

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is important. 

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work well in a team environment. 

  • Knowledge of S&OP processes is a plus. 

Please note: to apply, you must be available for a 6-month internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
