We are looking for a Group Sustainability Engagement Lead starting from June for 7 months (fixed-term contract/CDD) ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions
Coordinate and animate the S&R leaders network to deliver on the Group S&R strategy
Manage day-to-day relationship with S&R leaders network providing information and guidance, encouraging best practice sharing and helping to build a community
Create and maintain an S&R content hub and work with leaders/experts to develop relevant presentations, guidelines toolkits and assets for the network
Evolve and roll out induction and buddy system to onboard new S&R leaders
Manage S&R engagement plan and initiatives for the Group and The Island
Organise S&R employee initiatives at The Island and globally (Responsib’All Day, The Good Challenge…)
Evolve and coordinate The Island’s S&R engagement agenda, including amplifying The Good Mission (speakers, film projections, workshops…)
Support the creation and delivery of a capability plan and initiatives for all employees and leaders
Oversee the Group’s S&R messaging and ensuring visibility
Working closely with the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations teams, coordinate S&R storytelling across all channels (media, social media, website, MyPortal…)
Evolve and coordinate external S&R conferences/events calendar, identifying opportunities for speakers and supporting them with preparation and amplifications
Evolve and deliver Good Spirits event series for HQ and support affiliates to deliver in their own markets
