• Understand hardware technical problems from customers requests
• Define front-line quality test procedures on all hardware aspects
• Monitor technical incidents, apprehend them and provide appropriate solutions hand-in-hand with the Perifit Hardware team and customer service team
• Follow-up on technical product returns and exchanges - monitor technical problems solutions effectiveness
• Build automation tools to help non-tech customer support team efficiency
• Setup and maintain Perifit Quality Management System

• Interested in new technologies and IoT
• Well organized, rigorous and good communication skills
• Ideally with a engineering degree from a generalist school
• Successful past experience in a medical consumers environments (as a first job)
• Full English proficiency, and any other languages are a bonus.
