What you’ll do

As an early member of Pelico’s on-boarding team, you’ll play an instrumental role in designing and structuring our technical on-boarding process. You’ll:

• Own all aspects of the clients technical on-boarding experience from initial deployment through maintenance
• Design & architect the foundational building blocks that will enable us to shorten our time-to-value (connectors, pre-packaged commands…)
• Work closely with customer operations team to integrate client data (ETL data pipelines)
• Help your coworkers review code, spread your technical expertise, improve our tool chain
• Play an integral role in establishing our engineering culture and best practices

What we’re looking for

• Autonomous, results oriented and excels in stimulating environments
• Experience in client facing role
• Experience building complex data pipelines
• You are mastering at least one programming language (Python, Typescript/Javascript, Kotlin/Java/Scala, C#, C++, You-name-it…). We hire based on engineering fundamentals rather than familiarity with specific technologies
