As the Senior Marketing Manager UK, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Revenue Marketing. Your mission is to propel PayFit's marketing strategy to new heights, supporting business expansion in the UK across our core segment: SMBs. Working closely with the Marketing teams (Growth, Content, PMM and Brand) and the UK leadership team, you will be responsible for building pipeline/GPMRR, achieving revenue growth and other goals of the market.
What You’ll be doing
Define UK marketing strategy by building, owning and executing a comprehensive 360° marketing plan, integrated all facts that impact key touchpoints along the user journey
Lead the UK marketing plan execution and programs such as integrated campaigns, tradeshows, PayFit events/webinars, referral programs, influence strategy, reviews…
Determine business opportunities with key PayFit partners and execute co-marketing activities as required within the marketing plan
Be the trusted partner to the UK leadership team, leading the development of marketing strategy for all channels to achieve business growth target
Collaborate closely with the Marketing teams - Growth, Content, PMM and Brand - and thrive alignment and effectiveness on all actions undertaken and always based on business objectives of the market.
Manage and maximize the marketing budget for the UK, ensuring efficient allocation to drive impactful results
Analyze results, metrics and report to the Sr Director, Global Revenue Marketing the effectiveness and performance of the market with a solution mindset and areas of improvement defined
Manage, coach and mentor an individual - Marketing Executive
Contribute to the development of the marketing organisation & successes on participating in global projects at scale
We’d love to meet you with
+8 years of experiences in B2B marketing in high technology company software or SaaS
2-4 years of experience managing individual contributors
Be an expert in the UK market (culture, behavior…)
Proven experience in building B2B go-to-market strategies for both demand and lead generation according to the market objectives
Proven experience in working closely with sales teams and other marketing cross-functions (growth, content, pmm, brand…) to conduct alignment and consistency within the strategy and goals set.
HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge (our tech stack - or other similar tools!)
Proficiency in making data-backed decisions and utilizing data for business advancement.
Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business need and urgency.
Passion for helping small businesses thrive.
Hiring process
1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (45 min)
2. Next step will be a meeting with Louise, Senior Director, Global Revenue Marketing (60 min)
3. You will then meet players (Julie, Luciana) from the Marketing team for sharing a concrete business case study (1h30)
4. You will then meet key member of the UK leadership team (30min) Megan, Head of Sales and Natalia, Head of Customer success
