What will be your role ?

This position is based in France.

As HRBP Engineering, you will act as the People referent in your perimeter for Individual Contributors and Managers.

You will serve as a strategic partner able to support the business and our strategic objectives to provide the most accurate support to the teams Engineering and Product.

This role will report directly to the HRBP Manager Tech and UK, who reports to the Head of HRBP.

Your missions will be to :

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Be the HR referent for Engineering and Product teams by supporting stakeholders with different seniorities and distributed across different countries.

- Act as a partner in all their business challenges: organizational design, performance, and retention management for examples.

- Deliver great employee experiences: Fulfillment Survey management, Onboarding and Offboarding experience, Career Path, Learning & Development topics, proposing adapted solutions for specific contexts (workshops, 1:1s, team dynamics, etc.)

- Act as a key contributor to the Global People Team on all global projects and specifically work in the day-to-day HR initiatives within the Engineering and Product People team.

Employee Relations:

- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on difficult/complex conversations or conflict resolutions

- Embody and promote our company Values and Behaviours, making sure we keep our PayFit culture across the teams

The role is for you if :

- You have at minima 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner

- You have a strong track record of strategic HR partnership and a full cycle of employee performance management

- You have strong knowledge of French HR employment laws and regulations

- You are comfortable navigating in a fast-paced environment

- You have HR experience in working with Engineering/Product teams or in a tech/SaaS environment

- You have strong written and verbal communication skills both in French and in English (English speakers in the team)

- You have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- You can cope with an intense pace and evolve in a demanding and changing environment in contact with high-level interlocutors
