About PASQAL

PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.

Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs.

In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.


Job description

Under the responsibility of the International HRBP, and as part of the company's hypergrowth, your mission will be to support HR in the management of daily HR tasks and the structuring of HR projects in an international context.

As Junior HR Business Partner Intern, your missions will be as follows:

  • Prepare HR and administrative documents in relation with employee contract life cycle
  • HR support in our 9 subsidiaries (Europe, Middle East, Asia, North America…)
  • Onboarding management
  • Support the maintaining of the HRIS (LUCCA)
  • Participation in the set up and the roll out of HR policies (Legal & agreements, compensation & benefits, Talent development, HR Communication, Performance management, HR country development)
  • HR project management (Quality of life at work / engagement management, training management …)

About you

You are enrolled in a Master's degree with specialization in Human Resources and have the following assets:
