You will be responsible of :
Missions :
Enterprise Sales & Strategic Growth: :
Own and drive the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts (from prospecting to closing and launch)
Negotiate commercial agreements with C-level stakeholders
Launch of the partnerships in coordination with the different teams (Product, CRM, Operations…)
New Business: Identify new verticals opportunities and run tests on these new segments
Team management:
Define the objectives and performance expectations for the team
Structure the acquisition team processes (playbooks, CRM, pipeline reviews, KPIs)
Coach and develop performing talents
2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting firm or in Business Development position in a fast growing enevironment
Experience managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven, creative problem-solving approach
Able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized.
Ideally a first Management Experience
Fully proficient in Spanish, fluent in English
