B2B Partnership Manager: Identify and sign new real estate partners to integrate our services into their workflow.
Account Manager: Nurture existing partner relationships to maximize contract volume and service adoption.
Customer Care : Handle and resolve incoming partner requests across multiple channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
Sales Operations: Optimize CRM tools and sales processes to increase the efficiency of our 200+ sales members.
Under Marco GROSSI, master consultative sales and help fuel our international market leadership. In this internship, you will take charge of incoming partner requests, support the growth and nurturing of our partner network, and work closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Care, and Sales Ops teams to improve workflows and processes. You will get hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales operations, help optimize processes for our 200+ sales members, and provide feedback to improve our products and services. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of B2B partnerships and sales operations while learning in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.

Student in business school, engineering, or equivalent
Strong service mindset and genuine interest in Sales and customer relations
Entrepreneurial spirit, ambitious, and results-oriented
Comfortable with persuasion, negotiation, and commercial challenges (cold calling is a plus)
Curious and motivated to learn and develop new skills
Languages: Bilingual in French, Spanish, or Italian; English is a plus
