As an Engineering Manager, you will :

  • Hire and manage the B2C App engineering team
  • Understand engineering KPIs and use them as a management too
  • Conduct managerial interviews for candidates
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to conduct roadmap and day to day organization
  • Hold regular 1:1s with all members of your team
  • Management mentorship of Team and Tech Leads
  • Generate and test process improvements, especially cross-team processes, and coordinate with Head Of Engineering and other Engineering Managers to implement it
  • Make sure to give all team members regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance
  • Make team members grow

  • Our stack 💻

  • Frontend : Angular 15, Redux (Ngrx), TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS
  • Backend : Python / Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI
  • Servers : Nginx, Postgres, Gunicorn, Docker, etc.
  • Others: Celery, Redis, Cypress, Selenium, etc.

  •   About you :
  • You have at least 5 years of past experience as a product engineer and having led teams thereof
  • Management credibility: Significant past experience as a Team Leader or equivalent in an Agile environment
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams to success, pointing out blocking points, deep dive on very technical issues and managing velocity
  • Ability to understand, communicate and improve the quality of multiple teams
  • Collaborate effectively with others and achieve consensus amongst stakeholders when needed
  • Share our values in its work and within its teams: make people learn from each other and teach to each other
  • Prior product company experience
