Hire and manage the B2C App engineering teamUnderstand engineering KPIs and use them as a management tooConduct managerial interviews for candidatesWork closely with the Product Manager to conduct roadmap and day to day organizationHold regular 1:1s with all members of your teamManagement mentorship of Team and Tech LeadsGenerate and test process improvements, especially cross-team processes, and coordinate with Head Of Engineering and other Engineering Managers to implement itMake sure to give all team members regular and clear feedback around the individual's performanceMake team members grow
