As Chief of Staff, you will be at the heart of papernest key projects, topics and decisions, working hand in hand with the founders Philippe & Benoit.


Your responsibilities :

  • Executive team cohesion and animation
  • A variety of unique projects in close collaboration with founders
  • Help us in crafting company strategy
  • Analysis to discover the root causes of results on specific topics
  • Definition and monitoring of performance frameworks
  • Contributing to sourcing best practices and there implementation at papernest
  • Consolidate external benchmarks
  • Selectively deepdive and study specific business critical topics


Other activities :

  • Participate in senior management hiring processes
  • Map potential targets for M&A, meeting them on a regular basis, and setting up follow up meetings with strategy team and founders
  • Influence and communication
    • Smooth internal communication : animating company ritual communications, creating materials & coordinating executive team members
  • Communicate and influence externally
    • Map key external decision makers in our ecosystem 
    • Meet & exchange with influential parties and share papernest view points
    • Find creative content ideas, work with teams to produce them and push them toward journalists
    • Be a papernest spokesperson on key topics
    • Contribute to and improve papernest's communication (linkedin, press releases)


Your profile : 

We are looking for someone very well-rounded, a fast learner and with a strong growth mindset:

    • Great communication skills
    • Great problem solving and Organization skills
    • Great analytical skills
    • Ability to understand complex situations and offer solutions
    • Ability to understand external and internal influence dynamics
    • Ability to collaborate effectively on transversal topics
    • Strong adaptability
    • Ideally 3 to 6 years of experience

    Big plus if:

    • You have Previous Consulting or Chief of Staff experience
    • Previous successful managerial experience
    • Top business / Science / engineering school

    Languages: fluency in English is required and French & Spanish would be great as well!
