The position

Job description

Context

As Padam Mobility is growing and evolving fast, we are recruiting a Business Developer to help us develop within the Benelux, Netherlands, and eventually UK & Northern Europe markets.

With Loic, VP Sales International, and the rest of the Sales International team composed of Ricardo and Maxime, your role is to develop public Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT) to fit the needs of people and territories.

Your missions

Drive Sales Growth

  • You develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector,

  • You identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in Benelux, Netherlands, and eventually UK & Northern Europe,

  • You conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings,

  • You pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence,

  • You conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • You nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention,

  • You act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering relevant solutions,

  • You provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues,

  • You own and coordinate the bid process on complex multi millions deals, with bid team, product team, partners, various stakeholders at client organization and within Siemens Mobility.


Preferred experience

Are you rigorous, pugnacious and looking to see the impact of your work on people’s daily lives? Then you’ve come to the right place!

More specifically, here are a few signs that you can’t go wrong:

  • You speak English at a professional level. Proficient Dutch, French or German is a plus,

  • You have a solid experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS / tech industry,

  • You have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth,

  • Negotiating and closing complex sales deals is a game to you,

  • You are the social one, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners. The Aragorn of sales, kinda. 🫸🫷

It’s a big plus if :

  • You have experience in managing and winning tenders (not the chicken ones 🍗) in the transportation industry,

  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies,

  • You understand On-Demand Mobility and public transport industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer pain points,

  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international and inter-company teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
