Commercial Customer Service Team Leader
With previous experience as a Sales Manager, the Commercial Customer Support Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Commercial Customer Support Representatives, responding to commercial queries from existing and prospective customers.
Their main mission is to guarantee customer satisfaction and competent replies to commercial queries thereby contributing to the company’s growth. They will be also responsible for outbound campaigns, retention activities and cooperation with sales department for high value leads.
As a manager on the ground, you will support and advise your team on a daily basis. You will motivate the team and you will be the point of contact with the other departments for the topics concerning your team.

Reporting to Area Manager, as a Team Leader you will manage a team of commercial support representatives specialized in OVHcloud products.
You will communicate the goals and the scope of work and optimize the quality and effectiveness of responses provided to customers, supervising individual and team performance in real time. You will also monitor the KPIs related to sales objectives.
