About the Core Insurance Platform team 🦸
The Core Insurance Platform team is in charge of building & supporting all key services & solutions for the Insurance Business Unit. Our mission is to contribute to Ornikar’s development, by improving the customer experience and optimizing the operations. The scope is around:

We are moving fast and we need high-standard execution to keep this pace. This is why we are growing the Core Insurance Platform team with result-oriented project managers.
As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of Ornikar's transformation, working on key projects that aim at shaping the future of the company. You will get the opportunity to work on a very wide variety of topics, with both strategic and operational sides. These could be: launch of a new offer as part of our product range, coordination of structural changes in our customer journey, development & implementation of added-value services for our users.
In a growing team of several project managers, the variety of projects will allow us to build a joint carrier path whether you want to stay open on different domains or whether you want to progressively specify on a domain (eg: data, customer journey, operations, solutions …).
What you will do 🛠
Manage cross-functional projects having an impact on the customer experience and / or the operational efficiencyAnalyze strategic insights (from our product, processes, market, competitors...), develop recommendations and turn them into actions plansCoordinate different stakeholders ensuring resource management, quality of deliverables and respect of deadlinesImprove performance, efficiency and processes on the scope of the projects assignedDeploy innovative initiatives and drive change, then measure their impact (providing reporting, tools and templates to monitor success KPIs)You are our ideal candidate if... 🤩
You graduated from a business or engineering schoolYou have at least 2 years of experience in Project and/or Change Management, either in a Consulting company or in a Scale-upYou know how to scope large projects, then coordinate them and ensure communication & delivery with several stakeholdersYou are rigorous and structured, able to organize autonomouslyYou excel at analyzing, synthetizing and presenting your findingsYou are curious and not afraid of deep diving into complex topics to solve problemsYou are efficient and thrive in fast-paced environmentsYou speak French & English fluentlyWhat to expect in terms of hiring process 💪
