The position

Job description

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to turn our website into an easy-to-use and state of the art product for our users. The designer will have the opportunity to grow in a constantly moving company working both on a strategic and an operational level. 

  • UX research

    • Plan and conduct user research and testing

    • Drive user interviews

    • Define and sketch our personas

    • Build and animate a pool of key users

    • Interpret data and qualitative feedback in order to enhance user experience

  • User experience

    • Ensure a seamless user experience on the platform

    • Create necessary tools (storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups…)  to help decision making

    • Lead UX workshops to gather needs and gain approval

  • User interface

    • Create user-centered attractive designs by understanding business requirements and user feedbacks

    • Re-brand the platform to make it more user friendly, innovative and trendy. 

  • UX writing

    • Be responsible of the content on the platform

    • Have capacities to write clear descriptions for the user

    • Document tutorials and training guidelines for internal / external users

  • Overall 

    • Do competitive intelligence and follow emerging trends in terms of user experience design and user interface technology

    • Collaborate deeply and align with the PO on roadmap and strategy.


Preferred experience

We are looking for an experimented profil, at least 5 years on a similar position.

The position requires to communicate in English 90% of the time (oral and writing).

You will need knowledge and experience in website design, wireframe tools, user interviewing and testing, prototyping, product discovery, design thinking, UX writing.

You need leadership, organization, creativity, listening, communication, empathy, synthesis, autonomy, curiosity.


Recruitment process

First interview with HR , 2nd with PO running some test too and a final one with the COO and CTO
