We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing and Sales M/F to lead our international sales team and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and international business development. This role demands a leader who can drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our brand presence in the global market.

Your Missions :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and market expansion for our B2B SaaS solution.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic partnerships.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting the sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

  • Implement and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficient lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to provide market feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation of our B2B SaaS solution.

  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team.


Preferred experience

What we are seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and marketing, with a proven track record of successfully leading international sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and experience in managing complex, enterprise-level sales processes; working with public institutions and large public bodies is a plus.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing sales and marketing professionals.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

  • English is mandatory, French and German are a plus

  • Great skills on Hubspot is a plus

  • Toolkit will contain: google suite, jira, hubspot, slack and creative tools as Adobe, Canva…
