Job description

At OpenClassrooms, the Human Resources Team is dedicated to building a skill-based and mission-driven organization. We aim to create an exceptional employee experience at every stage of the journey — from onboarding to offboarding — reflecting our core values and commitment to lifelong learning.

We’re looking for a People Success Partner to help shape a thriving work environment where all team members can grow, perform, and stay engaged. This role is key to supporting our business goals through strong partnerships with managers, data-informed people processes, and a deep focus on performance, career development, and employee engagement.

This position is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a growth mindset, and love finding creative, people-centric ways to improve the employee experience while driving meaningful impact across the organization.

YOUR MISSIONS :

The People Success Partner is responsible for developing the right environment for all team members at OpenClassrooms to thrive and succeed: from Onboarding to Offboarding, Performance Management, Staffing, L&D, Career Development, Employee Engagement — and, starting in 2026, Succession Planning. The role also involves staying closely connected to the field to detect early signs of individual or team challenges and to ensure timely and appropriate support, fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment.

At OpenClassrooms, the People Success Partner:

  • Works closely together with the business leaders to ensure that their teams (around 200 people) are set to accomplish great things and meet our business objectives

  • Mentor around 50 managers to aim for excellence in managerial practices, aligned with the managerial model, using on a systematic basis the management rituals learned during the management training

  • Empower managers by providing expert HR advice and guidance, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to effectively address HR matters.

Depending on the subject and when necessary, the People Success Partner works together with other subject matter specialists in the People Team or in Legal to provide relevant and accurate support and answer to the employees & managers

  • Drives key people processes such as Performance Reviews (including probationary period and Performance improvement plan monitoring), Career Development, Compensation Review, and Staffing (including Succession Planning), with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

  • Leads and coordinates the deployment of training initiatives, particularly the Management Training programs, ensuring smooth implementation, follow-up, and continuous improvement in line with business needs.

  • Supports the implementation and evolution of the Competency Framework, ensuring it is well embedded in performance, development, and progression discussions.

  • Leads specific People Success processes, ensuring that we use data and feedback to consistently improve them.

  • Identifies, retains and develops people who will contribute to reinforce our teams.

  • Creates and maintains engagement and cultural fit with our mission and core values

  • Ensure consistency, communication and collaboration across the teams.

  • Works together with the People Operations Team to improve the way we use our HR platforms.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you have a growth mindset, continuously striving for creative ways to approach situations and improving the experience of all team members.
