Overview

Join our R&D team to accelerate the development of our open source agile monetization solution.

You will manage the development of our ReactJS user portal which allows you to quickly create and maintain pages by leveraging our ReactJS component libraries.

You will supervise an international team of six developers based in Paris and Morocco.

In close collaboration with the Product Owner, the VP Engineering and our CTO, you will be involved in important architecture decisions and will develop your skills on a modern technical stack:

• Frontend: ReactJS (material.ui / react-admin)
• Backend: Java
• Docker & orchestration: Kubernetes

Job detail

• Design of technical architecture with the CTO
• Assist/train developers and help them be productive
• Review specifications and release schedule for minor and major versions.
• Supervise unit tests and load tests as well as the review of test strategies with QA manager.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in managing tech teams
• At least years of experience in dev with a strong command of ReactJS and Typescript
• Ability to design a scalable, efficient and pragmatic architecture capable of responding to complex needs
• Focus on improving processes and organization of team
• Leadership skills and ability to drive/inspire team
