Kenneth saw early on how the digital world, if left unchecked, could take a toll on future generations.

Raised in the quiet hills of the Alps, he grew up knowing what balance felt like long before it became something we had to search for.

That contrast between the calm of nature and the pull of the online world shaped what would eventually become Opal: a mission to help people reclaim focus, presence, and time.

Thibaud joined Opal as an iOS engineer in 2025, bringing strong technical depth and a real passion for building clean, elegant mobile experiences.

He’s quickly become a key part of shaping the next generation of our app.

Nour joined Opal as our brand designer at the start of 2025, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a talent for turning abstract ideas into visuals that feel unmistakably Opal. She’s been instrumental in shaping our brand identity across everything from product to campaigns.

When she’s not making something beautiful, she’s our resident aesthetic advisor and black coffee lover.

Marie joined Opal in 2024 as our VP People, bringing a thoughtful, human‑centred approach to scaling teams and shaping culture. She’s played a huge role in strengthening how we hire, support, and grow the people behind the product.

Outside of work, she's deep in nature walking her dog, Tofu!

Heba leads Growth at Opal. Since joining in 2025, she’s helped us understand our users more deeply and accelerate impact of our product in the real world.
