YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You’ll be part of a 4-person team: two technical support experts, one instructional design expert, and your team lead.

Your manager will be Alexandre Gobat, Training Team Lead. Alexandre brings a rich background in tech support, training, and customer experience, and is passionate about helping teams grow through hands-on enablement.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

- Design and structure technical training programs

- Develop engaging learning scenarios and content

- Create impactful training materials

- Deliver training sessions (in-person and remote)

- Deepen your understanding of Scaleway’s products and technologies

- Collaborate with teams to identify and analyze training needs

- Continuously iterate on learning formats and content quality

- Help shape a scalable training culture across the organization
