The position

Job description

As Sales Expansion Manager, your mission is to open doors and create new sales opportunities with companies that would benefit from outsourcing their customer service to Onepilot within the DACH market.

You will work directly with Pierre, CCO, and you will carry out the entire sales cycle for the German Market.

Your buyer personas will be Head of Customer Support, E-commerce Manager, Customer Care Manager, COO, CEO, CCO, Founders, CRM Manager…

What you will do:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting

  • Book high-quality demo meetings with C-level, VP, and Head of Ops/CX stakeholders

  • Lead demo meetings and close deals

  • Manage your pipeline using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound tools like Lemlist and Kaspr

  • Attend and represent Onepilot at German based industry events

  • Track performance and report KPIs regularly to the Sales team (reporting and forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually)

  • Respond to tenders (RFI, RFP…) and conduct more complex sales proposals.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the market access strategy (KPI, Persona, USP…) and participate in marketing and growth actions.


Preferred experience

  • 4+ years experience in B2B sales (agency, service-based or SaaS welcome)

  • You have an eagerness to work in a startup team environment, dynamic and ambitious

  • Proven track record of complexe sales negotiation

  • You want to grow fast, learn, and quickly gain responsibilities as Head of Sales in 1 year hiring BDR to support

  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders (COO, CCO, Head of CX/Ops)

  • You love the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of potential clients

  • Stellar presenter and comfort with executive-level interaction

  • You like to be challenged and to push yourself

  • You are fluent both in German and English


Recruitment process

  1. Introductory call with a People & Culture team member to present the role and answer your questions.

  2. Second interview with Pierre, CCO. You will have to prepare a business case for this interview.

  3. Final interview with Adrien our CEO and one other team member
