The position

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert assistance to customers and internal teams on platform-related questions;
  • Set up and configure lead and client accounts, ensuring a smooth experience;
  • Investigate and document technical issues for the Product team;
  • Maintain and improve our knowledge base through articles and tutorials;
  • Share customer feedback and product improvement ideas;
  • Keep up to date with SEO trends and best practices;

Preferred experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Support, SEO, or a similar role;
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills;
  • Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset;
  • Fluent English required; any additional language is a plus;
