Job description

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, structuring and optimizing our internal operational processes. Your mission will be to drive efficiency and scalability across our operation teams by improving workflows, automating processes, managing internal tools and ensuring smooth operations across the company. This role is less focused on commercial processes (Sales/Marketing), and more on internal operations, production workflows, and tools management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage our internal BackOffice platform (built on JetAdmin - no-code stack), acting as both product manager and technical owner.

  • Analyze and improve internal operational processes, with a strong focus on production teams and cross-functional operations.

  • Build, automate, and maintain workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, and API integrations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on operational performance; proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to align tools, processes, and data flows with business objectives.

  • Manage and evolve the internal operational tech stack (JetAdmin, Make, HubSpot, Zendesk, MessageBird, etc.).

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years experience in Operations (General/Production/Service Ops, RevOps, or similar roles), ideally in tech or tech-enabled companies.

  • Solid experience managing internal tools / back-office platforms (no-code tools like JetAdmin, Retool, Bubble, Airtable, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly comfortable with data analysis.

  • Proficient with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, API integrations, webhooks, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of APIs and ability to work with technical documentation.

  • Strong ownership, autonomy and initiative — capable of fully owning complex internal processes.

  • Excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bonus: experience with SQL (data analysis, reporting) and Python (scripting, automation, data pipelines).

Recruitment process

  • HR Interview: An initial conversation with our Talent team to discuss your background, motivations, and answer any initial questions you may have.

  • Manager Interview: A discussion with the hiring manager focusing on your skills and experience

  • Business Case: A practical task where you present a business case to demonstrate your analytical skills

  • Stakeholder Meeting: Interactions with future team members to assess team fit

  • CEO Interview: A final strategic and cultural fit interview with the CEO
