Product Team
The product team is in charge of developing, testing and improving Observia’s three emblematic products (SPUR, d.tells, OPC). Composed of designers, UX experts and product owners, we work hand in hand and in an agile way with our IT, Solutions and Marketing teams to ensure that our products bring real value to patients and customers.
Our goal is to provide the best user experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and our development teams, and to ensure that our products are flexible enough to adapt to multiple situations.

Consulting Team
At Observia, the consulting team’s mission is to understand patients’ clinical pathways and personal and professional environments. Its goal is to enable our clients to develop effective and personalized patient support programs to help people live better with their illness. Our techniques are rooted in behavioral theories developed by Nobel Prize-winning scientists. Our international team is made up of 6 nationalities with complementary professional backgrounds ranging from biological research to finance. This allows us to enrich our thinking and bring a holistic vision to our clients.
Solution Team
The Solutions department supports its clients in their digital solutions development projects, with the goals of helping patients manage their disease and improving adherence. Our missions are diverse, as we work on both rare and common (such as diabetes) pathologies digital technologies such as chatbots, or more traditional functionalities, and we accompany French, Vietnamese and Brazilian patients!
While always keeping the patient at the heart of our work, our team guides its clients in the implementation of digital solutions, from design to development to deployment in selected countries.

While the marketing team develops the roadmap and makes the Observia rocket shine through great storytelling, the business developers execute the plan. Together, they bring new clients, new ideas, new targets, new functionalities, and new countries to the Observia adventure.

IT Team
Observia's experience shows that there are two aspects to the recipe for meeting deadlines, especially in iterative projects:
Routine automation and continuous monitoring of progress. The team has automated the delivery pipeline as part of DevOps to accelerate development and ensure smooth integration of new features.
Running automated code reviews to measure code quality (with metrics such as cyclomatic complexity, inheritance depth, class coupling, and lines of code) are part of the development routine to avoid code complexity that causes software maintenance issues.
The DevOps team has implemented continuous testing to detect quality risks early, before they go into production.

We all have a relative living with a chronic condition, whose daily life is complicated by treatments, symptoms, and medical appointments. Observia was created to improve the lives of these patients. Founded in 2011, Observia is a healthtech pioneer specialized in the monitoring and individualized support of patients living with chronic conditions. Using digital technologies, its team develops unique, highly personalized services for its clients, which include pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and pharmacies.

The team is currently composed of 60 employees and is expected to reach 100 by 2024! The company’s primary recruitment priority is expanding its team of project managers, consultants and full-stack developers. However, they are also looking for great product owners, data analysts, behavior specialists, and business developers to support their development in France and abroad.
Good to know
Flex-office: Observia requires its team members to be present on-site at least 4 days per month. Thus, although Observia is headquartered in Paris, almost 30% of Observians live outside of the Paris region. Through a horizontal and person-centered approach to management, Observia ensures that its growth as a company is aligned with each of its team members’ personal and professional development goals.
