We are currently looking for a Staffing and Talent Management Specialist to join our People Team. You will contribute to supporting our continuous growth within the Benelux region, France and Switzerland, specifically focused on the international collective called International Organisations (IO).

You are based in Spain and would join the Benelux People team (located across Benelux & Spain). We are looking for someone passionate about talent management, motivated and able to work in a constantly changing environment.

Your principal role will be to give support on the main projects related to the staffing processes carried out for the region.  

Your role:

• Collaborate in the definition and execution of the Staffing strategic plan of our IO Team and Private Sector Team.
• Coordinate and supervise different activities: satisfaction survey, staffing meetings, follow-up interviews, etc.
• Provide HR support and advice to our Staffing Managers and employees.
• Interact with different NTT DATA departments in Spain and Benelux (Recruitment and Staffing).
• Organize and lead weekly meetings to report on business metrics in the following areas: time to fill open positions, placement fee structure, expected vs. feasible candidate volume, negotiating candidate/client salary expectations, sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with management as needed on RFIs, RFPs and contract awarding to align on staffing requirements.

Your profile:

• You have experience in staffing and/or recruitment areas.
• You have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related fields but with a special interest in HR, or equivalent experience.
• You have experience in an international context.
• Technical Skills: proficient inExcel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Functional Skills: Analytical capacity, structured and process and results oriented. Autonomy and proactivity, learning agility, flexibility, hands-on, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to think out of the box and be creative.
• Languages: Spanish (B1-B2) and English (C1).
