The Services Architect is a subject matter expert and is also a pre-sales persona, learning the skills to work with clients and sales/delivery teams in a value co-creation process resulting in the design of less complex Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains.

This role is responsible for the development of competitive, innovative, secure, multi-year, viable Managed Services solutions and associated costing inputs to commercial models.

This role has the opportunity to design solutions with some of the most innovative global organizations, technologies, accelerating the digital transformation business objectives and outcomes.

We are looking for an energized team member who has the appetite and willingness to network across our Delivery Towers to build trust based relationships. The position is ideally to be done in a Hybrid flexible set up - working from home, office and occasionally on-site at client sites for meetings.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the design of managed service solutions to meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across multiple domains.
• Develops ability to conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
• Assists with the testing and validation of new designs features and delivery models or provide suggestions on improving existing service offers that is being taken to market.
• Assists with the service design deliverables of the solution, working with internal teams and partners to ensure supportability.
• Supports the validation processes by obtaining sign-off from technical, service, and costing stakeholders.
• Under guidance, maps the client's requirements against the proposed set of service elements and architectures and coordinates the end-to-end solution development (Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLA, ITSM leading practices).
• Assists the sales teams in presenting an architecture solution to clients with a focus on cost savings or uncovering other client growth opportunities using the ability to discover and analyze the client’s current architecture, platforms, and operating models.
• Performs any other related task as required.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Ideally 5-7 years of experience dealing with and handling Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models.
• Strong ability to work with costing models in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders.
• Decent proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services.
• Ability to communicate potential improvements and value of our solutions to all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution, especially in a matrixed organization.
• Displays analytical abilities to discover and analyze all input and data.
• Passion for staying abreast of related industry trends and best practices as well as for learning and growing in related specialization.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information technology/systems or a related field.
• Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Integration, Automation Artificial Intelligence and Analytics are preferred, but not mandatory.
• Scaled Agile certification or equivalent is desirable.

Required Experience:

• Decent level of experience in designing managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts.
• Experience structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
• Solution planning and deal shaping specialist, with the ability to create compelling value propositions as part of the solution design.
• Experience working in an environment with global delivery and in multiple geographies and industries, desirably in a matrix organization.
