We are looking for a Junior HR Officer to join our People team in Netherlands.

Your Role:

You will be working under the supervision of the Head of Compensation & Benefits, within the Benelux & France region, and your main responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate the administration for all employees.
• Create and maintain employee records.
• Provide first-line HR support to all employees.
• Ensure timely payroll preparation.
• Manage the employee onboarding/offboarding process.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with NTT DATA’s company standards and labour laws in The Netherlands.
• Participate to HR projects together with the team.
• Sick Leave Management.

Your Profile:

• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
• You have knowledge and passion for Human Resources.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch Labour Law is highly valuable.
