Job description

The team you';ll be working with:

We are looking for a Manager in Intelligent Automation to join our fast-growing Automation & AI team in London. During your time with us, you’ll be involved in some of the most exciting and transformative automation projects in the market. You’ll support leadership in delivering automation strategy, overseeing delivery, engaging with clients, and growing the Intelligent Automation practice.

You';ll be responsible for driving the delivery of intelligent automation projects end-to-end, from discovery and design to deployment and support. You will manage small to medium-sized teams, contribute to the growth of the automation portfolio, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.

What you';ll be doing:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Intelligent Automation or Program Lead.
  • Leading automation projects and programs across various industries.
  • Owning delivery across all automation phases: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to shape automation strategies.
  • Managing and mentoring automation consultants and developers (onshore/offshore).
  • Advising clients on best practices, platform selection, and automation opportunities.
  • Supporting proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses.
  • Driving innovation by combining RPA tools with low-code and AI-powered technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
  • Supporting the development of assets and accelerators for the automation practice.
  • Applying strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure smooth delivery.

What experience you';ll bring:

  • Extensive experience leading intelligent automation projects and programs.
  • Last 3 years UK residency or UK national to support eligibility for security clearances.
  • Strong knowledge of the full automation lifecycle and related key artifacts (e.g., PDD, SDD, test scripts, runbooks).
  • Proven consulting experience providing strategic advisory on automation initiatives.
  • Experience managing medium/small teams with a focus on collaboration and coaching.
  • Hands-on development experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, or both platforms.
  • Strong functional understanding to analyse business processes and design optimal automation solutions.
  • Solid understanding of process mining and task mining methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and its integration with Microsoft Office and RPA tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with governance models, CoE set-up, or automation operating models.
