Responsibilities: 

• Implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot services for our clients.
• Providing support in the business use of Microsoft services, preparing trainings and workshops for users.
• Conducting KPI analysis, needs analysis, and adapting Microsoft 365 services to the business requirements.
• Optimization of Microsoft 365 services through monitoring and analysis to maximize the use of individual services.
• Creating documentation required for the project's implementation.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its applications in a business context.
• Ability to conduct training, workshops and presentations for clients.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
