The position

Job description

We are seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to lead the sourcing and qualification of new business partners. This role is pivotal in expanding our partner ecosystem to generate high-quality leads and drive new customer acquisition. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to identify, evaluate, and onboard partners who can contribute to our sales pipeline and help us close new deals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Sourcing, hunting & Qualification: Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our business goals and target markets.

  • Lead Generation through Partnerships: Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute campaigns that leverage partner networks to generate qualified leads.

  • Pipeline Development: Ensure partner-sourced leads are effectively integrated into the sales pipeline and tracked through to conversion.

  • Field work

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partner performance, lead quality, and contribution to revenue growth.

The position is based in Serbia, in the Belgrade area in full remote.

You’ll also need the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or channel management.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales pipeline dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Influencing without authority

  • Analytical mindset.

  • Excellent language skills in English.
