We are Notino, a leading European retailer of beauty&health products across 27 European countries. We are a team of almost 3000 #notinopeople and we are looking for a People & Business Partner to join our passionate People Care team.

In this role, you will create a strong tandem with your Senior People & Business Partner. You will work under her leadership, closely cooperate, and share information, all to provide excellent service to the internal client. Your days will be varied, sometimes unexpected, and sometimes scheduled for the whole day. But we do believe we have fun, and do a lot of exciting things that are hard to find anywhere else! What will be your main responsibilities?

  • First point of contact for mid and low management
  • Point of contact for employees to advise and support them in their needs and queries
  • Execute operational activities for the department (data management, analysis, reporting prep etc.)
  • Closely cooperate with the Senior People & Business Partner on the preparation and execution of departmental people strategies
  • Provide consultancy to mid and low management on a daily level in any people-related matters across the employee life cycle
  • Support mid and low management in the development of their staff (development plans, succession planning, performance correction plans etc.)
  • Provide consultancy in the creation and reviews of Success profiles and JDs
  • Take care of newbies during the adaptation and oversee the adaptation process
  • Perform trial period and anniversary interviews and work with managers to resolve any potential issues
  • Perform exit interviews, collect and analyze data, prepare reports and report potential issues to Senior PBP and managers
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives
  • Support and work actively with your Senior People & Business Partner to ensure mutual information sharing, alignment and full delivery to the internal client

What do we require?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience within various HR fields, e.g. as a junior HRBP, senior HR generalist etc.
  • We are looking for someone who has already worked at multiple companies, ideally bigger ones
  • Very good command of Czech labour law
  • Customer-oriented approach, because in the People Care team, we focus on caring for our internal clients
  • Exceptional communication skills which allow you to deal with tough and sensitive situations
  • In our team of #notinopeople, a sense of humour is very important, we are looking for someone who works hard, but also likes to have fun with their colleagues
  • Fluent English is a must (C1 level). You may not use it so much right away, but we are growing globally, so the time will come. We also need you to be a fluent speaker of Czech/Slovak.
  • The only certainty in Notino is change. Anytime, anything, adaptability is a must. And the other is speed. If you don't like that, you won't be happy here.
