What will you do?

• Review lease, commercial and IT contracts, you will also handle contracts with carriers
• You will be responsible for providing legal advice in the areas assigned to you
• You will also oversee compliance and propose preventive measures where necessary
• On a regular basis, you will communicate with administrative authorities and third parties
• Occasionally, you will inform your colleagues about important legislative news and changes
• Sometimes you will provide support in litigation and claims
• And because every day is different at Notino, you'll also be involved in a variety of projects and activities

What do you need?

• You have a university degree in Czech/Slovak law, and you are well-versed in civil law, commercial law, labour law, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience, ideally as a corporate lawyer, but we also welcome experience in a law firm
• Experience in leases and transport would be a great advantage
• Background in IT and SW law would also be a big plus
• We are an international company, so you can't do without at least B2-level English, and you should also be able to handle English legal terminology
• Czech/Slovak language at a C2 level
• Above all, you should have a good sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team :)
