As a customer care representative you should be empathetic and most importantly, you should be able to provide our customers with help in the most effective way and deal with their potential issues in Dutch.

What is going to be a part of your workload?

• Providing our Dutch clients with support via e-mail and calls
• Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
• Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
• Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
• Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews

What are the qualities we´d like to see in you?

• Proficient knowledge of Dutch language regarding both writing and speaking skill as you are going to deal with our Dutch customers
