How does hybrid working look like at Nodalview?
- Everyone at Nodalview will be either based in Belgium or fully remote.
- You can work from the office, from home or from wherever you want (for a period of 60 calendar days/year with some ground conditions).
- We’ll meet up for regular company-wide gatherings at the office.
- We’ll work in a way that allows for asynchronous cooperation.

Employees can request a second screen to use at home.
Employees are granted a home office and wifi allowance or equivalent part of their salary package in order to cover the costs of any extra equipment they should need to work from home/remotely.
Nodalview covers your transports up to 250€/month.
Nodalview will pay two return flights per year to come to the office if you're working abroad.
