Last year, the new department focused on Market Intelligence was created on CEE level - in each country. We search for an experienced, enthusiastic analytical and autonomous expert, who will cover projects related to Czech and Slovak markets and CEE projects. New comer will be also the key single point of contact for key stakeholders on geographical level.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

· Lead cooperation with Nielsen, GFK and other suppliers, from day to day contact to strategic issues and contract negotiations.

· Track categories performance in top customers by leveraging syndicated data sources (retail audit, household panels, 2nd party retailer's data, other data sources).

· Support (Top-to-Top) meetings with Retailers by providing relevant analytics

· Recommend methodologies / analytical approaches: Leverages syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI…- household / retail panels) and other suppliers of shopper and retail insights

· Leverage potential & manages RMS/panelists for both Mkg & CDT teams as well as suppliers of shopper and retail insights

· Develop Nielsen& other sources of data Power BI Reporting for CEE region& other MI tools

· Cross-divisions reports& ad-hoc analysis for CEE

· Support strategic processes such as ICP, MBS (above the category)

YOU ARE PERFECT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

· At least 4+ years experience in market intelligencer in FMCG industry

· High analytical skills

· Master in Nielsen (it is a MUST)

· Proven track record in driving change

· Developed negotiation skills

· Ability to work autonomously and hands on attitude

· Communicative English is a MUST
