We are looking for a highly motivated engineer with a strong drive to join our world-class R&D team.
Your chemistry knowledge will ensure we meet our high standards for indoor air quality. Your love of the plants combined with your ability to learn fast will be a huge asset to maximize the impact of our team.
Your main focus will be to set up and perform several types of measurement of the phytoremediation capacity of our bioengineered plants.
You will be working closely with a team of scientists and engineers in a multicultural R&D team to achieve company goals within demanding timelines.
Scope:
Your main missions will be:
Run experiments and adapt the equipment for optimal results
Use our state of the art analytical chemistry equipment (LCMS, GCMS, PTRMS, etc…)
Run field measurement campaigns, using a variety of commercial sensors
Take part in experiments with external collaborators
Ensure the maintenance of the lab equipments
Analyze data and provide early insights on experimental results
Communicate data with transparency, clarity & in a timely manner to team lead

Required:
Master in chemistry or related field
Knowledge on indoor VOCs and their chemical reactivity
Familiarity with analytical chemistry instruments (HPLC, GC, PTR)
Ability to thrive in an ultra-fast moving work environment
Exemplary team spirit and great interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Good knowledge of air flows
Experience in bioremediation
Experience with PTRMS
Basic mechanical and electrical engineering skills
