You will join the Growth team, whose mission is to ensure the visibility and credibility of Neobrain, by generating leads.
Your role : As the Marketing Officer in the United States, you will be responsible for implementing the overall marketing strategy of our growing French company in the American market. You will play a key role in the company’s growth by adapting marketing initiatives to meet the needs and trends of the U.S. market.
Implement an integrated marketing strategy to strengthen the startup’s presence in the American market
Conduct in-depth market analyses to understand trends, competition, and opportunities specific to the United States
Adapt existing campaigns and develop new initiatives based on the specificities of the U.S. market
Manage and enhance the startup’s brand in the U.S. market
Collaborate with local communication agencies to ensure brand consistency
Develop and execute communication campaigns tailored to the American audience, using various channels such as social media, press, and events
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the American market to strengthen the startup’s position
5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment, and in the field of HR technology or, at a minimum, applicative software
Excellent understanding of the American marketing landscape and consumer behaviors
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
