We are on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Financial Operations intern to drive operational excellence and transform the hotel industry with our innovative solution 🚀🙏🏼

MISSIONS 👨‍💻

Finance

  • Lead monthly revenue calculations and prepare financial reporting (management P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets with external accountant assistance)

  • Develop and update business forecasts and financial models to support fundraising activities and internal strategic planning

  • Update cap table records and assist CEO with shareholder and investor communications while tracking equity distributions

Operations

  • Own the complete client invoicing process from invoice generation through payment reconciliation, collections follow-up, and client profile management

  • Manage day-to-day expense verification, supplier invoices, and execute payment processing to ensure accurate financial operations

  • Optimise cross-functional processes by implementing automation, outsourcing solutions, and streamlining workflows for operational efficiency

Business Analytics

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards for revenue analysis and key business metrics tracking across sales and customer success

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, clean datasets, and generate actionable insights for management reporting

Preferred experience

QUALIFICATIONS  🌟

Education & Language

  • Master student seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship 🎓

  • Fluent English and French (native level) required

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in startup, SME, VC, or finance/consulting/audit environment preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, BigQuery (basic query reading), and Pennylane with solid accounting knowledge

Personal Qualities

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong curiosity

  • Excellent communication skills for working with diverse internal and external stakeholders

  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and embraces new challenges
