As an Account Executive for the UK Market, you’ll have the responsibility of managing the entire sales cycle for small & medium-sized business (SMB) clients and turning the lead into a customer. Your mission will be to understand clients’ specific needs and build trusting relationships to successfully close deals.
You will have a key role… turning a lead into a satisfied customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients’ specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals.
During this exciting journey, here are the tasks you will take on:
Support clients (requests obtained via inbound/outbound channels or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their event/retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection.
Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts.
Own and manage the entire sales cycle to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new clients
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to UK team goals
Suggest improvements to internal processes and contribute to product evolution/ development.
Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.
Train new team members.
The position does not involve cold calling.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or similar field
At least one year of B2B sales experience as a SDR or Account Executive in a start-up scale-up
Native English speaker (any other languages are a plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - able to influence clients at all levels
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high-growth environment
Strong ability to align a client’s brief with a tailored solution to cultivate champions
