The Role

Now that Nabla has established itself as a trusted and well-known brand among clinicians and health systems in the U.S., we’re bringing our AI assistant home. We’re looking for an outstanding Managing Director to accelerate our presence across our home country, France, and take full ownership of our commercial success on the market.

This is a hands-on builder’s role: part sales, part partnerships, part operations. You’ll be the first point of contact in new markets—owning everything from sourcing and closing leads, to getting pilots live, onboarding new partners, and building scalable processes.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and medical teams to bring Nabla’s solution to clinics, physician networks, and healthcare organizations across the continent.

Responsibilities

Market Performance & Growth

  • Growth outcomes ownership: Drive revenue, oversee market-level performance, and guide local investment decisions to scale Nabla efficiently and sustainably.

  • Lead country operations: Maintain full visibility into pipeline, product-market fit, partner engagement, and commercial performance

Strategic Partnerships & GTM Execution

  • Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and launch high-leverage partnerships with leading healthcare technology platform.

  • Market Development: Build and manage a pipeline of clinics, physician networks, and digital health providers in high-potential markets.

  • Pipeline Conversion: Convert leads from interest to implementation—closing pilots and long-term deals.

Implementation & Customer Success

  • Pilot Execution: Coordinate pilot deployments with speed and precision—ensuring adoption, measurable ROI, and readiness for scale.

  • Customer Enablement: Be the trusted partner during early-stage onboarding—ensuring satisfaction, solving friction points, and driving long-term value.

Operational Execution & Market Insight

  • Operational Support: Partner with the Strategy & Operations, Legal, and Product to support local compliance, contracts, and integration requirements.

  • Field Enablement: Gather real-world insights to help tailor sales materials, pricing strategies, and product demos for local markets.

  • Brand Representation: Represent Nabla at industry events, customer meetings, and in the field—building brand presence and trust in-market.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales role—ideally in healthtech, digital health, or SaaS startups or scale-ups. Entrepreneurial background is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with the French healthcare system inner workings, incentives, and decision-makers is a plus.

  • Full professional fluency in French and English (oral and written); other European languages a plus.

  • A proven track record of landing deals, growing accounts, and thriving in a high-ownership environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-changing environments.

  • A doer and problem-solver mentality: you figure things out, solve problems fast, and thrive in motion.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills—you can juggle multiple threads without dropping the ball.

  • Experience launching or scaling a product in a new region is a plus.
