ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Head of Finance, you will be more than just number crunching. You’ll be a critical strategic business partner and the CFO’s trusted advisor, driving financial strategy and enabling decisive, high-impact decisions across the organization. This role is designed for an experienced professional from M&A or Transaction Services looking to step into a dynamic environment where strategic finance takes center stage.

Main missions:

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the development of comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses that inform key strategic decisions. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping the company’s financial future, ensuring that every plan aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.

Business Partnership & Decision Support

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights. Collaborate across departments to drive strategic initiatives and optimize performance, ensuring the company’s resources are effectively aligned with its goals.

M&A, Fundraising, & Strategic Initiatives

• Play a key role in evaluating and executing mergers, acquisitions, equity fundraising, and debt financing opportunities. Your expertise will help guide strategic investments and unlock new growth avenues.

Cost Optimization & Cash Flow Strategy

• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring robust cash management and liquidity planning. Your proactive approach will support business stability and fuel innovation.

Financial Supervision & Regulatory Compliance

• Oversee high-level financial operations with a focus on strategic oversight rather than routine accounting tasks. Ensure that all financial practices comply with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements, including key incentives like CIR/CII.

ABOUT YOU

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.

• A minimum of 4-5 years in FP&A or Controlling, with a proven track record in Transaction Services or M&A. You should be adept at financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting financial data to have a business impact.

• Your ability to generate actionable insights from financial data will empower strategic decision-making. You thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable presenting financial insights to senior management and working cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives.
