Appointed at the age of less than thirty as director in charge of strategy and business development at AREVA Services, this former boxing champion has worked in investment banking and strategy consulting. In 2015 he decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure, strongly influenced by the example of his father, a Tunisian immigrant. He has been in charge of the operational management of Mytraffic since its creation.

Developer to launch a new offer dedicated to commercial real estate. Attracted by the startup challenge and the entrepreneurial world, it is quite naturally that she found her marks and built a solid experience in the Data and Sales sector.

Today, as a Senior Sales Manager, she accompanies some of the best names in retail real estate such as Sephora, Groupe Le Duff and Altarea Cogedim on their development and asset management projects.

After completing his Master's degree in business school, Julien studied and lived one year in Florida to complete his knowledge in digital marketing. He then worked for 10 years in this field, in London and Basel, in particular for B2B SaaS in data, before joining Mytraffic in early 2022.

His mission as Senior Marketing Lead is to develop the awareness of MyTraffic's business in Germany through marketing campaigns, content creation and strategic partnerships - which should generate visibility and interest. He also supports the sales enablement side (identification of important events, outbound operations, customer presentations, etc.)

Graduated from UTC (Université de technologie de compiègne) where he chose the computer science branch with a specialization in data mining, Ismaïl did his end of studies internship as a Data Scientist. He decided to change his career path and to work as a Data Engineer for his first position. It was at this moment that he chose to join Mytraffic. It was essential for him to find a human-sized company where he could see the impact of the work he was doing, to be able to move forward without being blocked by many processes or under the influence of a strong hierarchy. What he appreciates the most at Mytraffic is the fact to be surrounded by a competent and benevolent team to keep growing and learning.

Thomas Rossi is the VP Sales France, Netherlands and Belgium of the scale-up MyTraffic, the "Google Analytics" of physical locations for retailers and all commercial real estate professionals. Thomas has 8 years of experience and has spent his entire career in sales. He is specialized in B2B SaaS software sales in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Before MyTraffic, he worked at Sparklane and ViewPay where he was the first Sales. As VP Sales, he manages a team of about 15 people composed of Senior Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives whose role is to acquire new customers.

After 3 years in the Data & Performance department at Monoprix, Pauline decided to join MyTraffic in October 2020 as Head of Data Acquisition. During a 6-month training at the Wagon (webdev), she realized that she wanted to discover the world of tech startups: an entrepreneurial, data-driven, dynamic and ambitious spirit. And this is exactly what she found at MyTraffic. In addition to this challenging environment, she is growing tremendously at MyTraffic as a manager thanks to the responsibilities she is given and the support offered. Growing at the same pace as the company is what motivates her every day in her job which combines both business and technology.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Anaelle joined mytraffic in January 2019. As First PM, she participated in the creation of the current product and then in its development and structuring of the Product team. She is now in charge of the product development for Marketing use cases.

A graduate of Polytechnique, Brice joined Mytraffic as a lead developer in May 2019. He helped set up the site used by customers to analyze their flow data.

Eager for change, he had the opportunity to evolve internally: he is now platform product manager, he pilots the R&D of the new analyses provided by Mytraffic.

After graduating from Kedge, and a first experience in startup/scale-up, Fanny joined the Client team last October.

Her job within the team is to build strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients, starting with onboarding, follow-up and account renewal.

With MyTraffic's ambition and growth, it's a daily learning process to meet our clients' new challenges.

Graduated from IMT-BS, Samy had his first experiences as a Tech recruitment consultant before joining Mytraffic in September 2021. He is now Lead on all the Tech recruitments and contributes with the whole team to the structuring and continuous improvement of the processes to carry out efficiently the recruitments campaigns.
