Your mission, should you choose to accept it

• Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible about tights and tights consumers in Germany
• Orchestrate the re-launch of Gambettes Box in Germany: website, PR, event…
• Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in Germany post-launch : marketing, acquisition, media, pop up store, etc.
• Draw up strategies to establish our brands in Germany according to market specificities (regions, cities, seasons, local trends…) & establish us as the leading actor of the German pantyhose market.
• Collaborate with local businesses and build up the most amazing partnership with key local players (influence, press, brands…)
• Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development (ie : you love diving into a big old excel file)
• Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity.
• Participate in the global international expansion strategy of the Group with your experience and your learnings, to choose our next markets of development.

You, yes, you :

• Do you have an entrepreneur spirit and are a true owner of your business?
• Do you have a good knowledge of the German fashion market and/or a previous experience in this market in Europe?
• Do you believe that if there was a fight between tights and pants, tights would totally win?
• Do you also have a good level in French (which is the #1 language used in our Paris office)? And of course you are a native german speaker.

You will be based in Paris but will travel frequently to Germany to be as close to our community as possible.
