YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a highly talented individual who can be super fast in creating simple and user-friendly designs for mobile applications, while cooperating seamlessly with the product engineering squads who will implement them.

• As a UI/UX Designer at MWM, you will design the user interface of new mobile applications and features autonomously. More specifically, you will:
• Help Discovery Product Managers prototype app ideas through wireframing and advise on user flows.
• Transform approved wireframes and user flows into complete user interfaces for new apps and features.
• After the Discovery phase, your designs and their annotations will serve as specifications for the developers. Rigor and meticulousness will be required.
• Collaborate efficiently with Developers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate design ideas, rationale, and decisions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes, tools, and techniques.

TARGET PROFILE

You are a UI/UX Designer with a passion for mobile applications and creating products that can impact millions. You can transform an app wireframe into a simple and complete user interface, FAST. You are eager to learn, open to challenging assignments and excited to work in an environment that fosters creativity and welcome quirkiness.

Expected competencies:

• Digital Design principles: Your mastery of digital design principles allows you to leverage methods and frameworks to consistently create visually compelling and functional interfaces.
• Mobile app User Interface design principles: You have an excellent understanding of mobile UI principles, especially colorimetry, iconography, margin adjustments, and information hierarchy.
• Mobile app development: You have a basic understanding of how to code iOS and Android mobile applications. Bonus point if you have already worked with
  engineers or if you know how to code.
• Mobile User Interface design: You are capable of transforming an app wireframe into a simple and integrable user interface, FAST.
• User experience design: You are capable of designing intuitive, user-centered products that foster positive interactions while meeting business targets.
• Prototyping and wireframing: You can quickly visualize, test and refine design concepts, ensuring an efficient and iterative development process.
• Communication: You are able to effectively communicate your ideas, rationale and design decisions to teammates and stakeholders.
• Proactivity: You are proactive and take initiative in identifying and addressing potential issues or opportunities.
• Curiosity: You have a curious mindset and are constantly seeking to learn more about the market, users, and emerging technologies.
• Drivenness: You are driven and results-oriented, and are able to work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and user needs.
