Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing key accounts in the automotive aftersales sector, focusing on the German market. This role blends account management, business development, project leadership, and advanced data analysis to deliver outstanding client service, drive growth opportunities, and oversee the seamless execution of client projects from concept to delivery.
The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring data-driven solutions, clear communication, and value creation at every step.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for German market automotive clients.
  • Lead virtual monthly data review meetings and report presentations.
  • Oversee active project delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.
  • Liaise daily with internal teams (technical analysts, researchers, data teams) to coordinate project progress.
  • Analyze data, create reports, and extract actionable insights for clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare and tailor commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors.
  • Contribute to the development of new aftersales services and products.

Working pattern

  • 40 hours weekly
  • Fully remote (however we are preferably looking for candidates based in Germany or within Europe to ensure practical travel arrangements and time zone alignment)

Preferred experience

We are looking for a rising talent in the automotive sector, someone with a strong numerical mindset, capable of transforming complex data into meaningful insights. This individual should possess a solid understanding of the automotive aftermarket to effectively support business decisions. Ideal candidates thrive in a data-driven environment, bringing analytical skills and a keen eye for patterns that drive success.

  • Approximately 5 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally within aftersales, business development, data analysis, or account management
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and a keen understanding of its key dynamics
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects, ideally with OEMs, dealerships, or automotive consultancy firms.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and GoodData
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling; strong SQL proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to work with complex data sets, build insightful reports, and present data visually to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Enthusiastic about joining a small, dynamic, and growing team within an international group.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Europe, primarily in Germany.
