Responsible for contributing towards the governance of IT budget, projects and other maintenance activities. S/He will also help define strategic roadmaps and dashboards, then ensure that resource and project managers keep indicators up to date. S/He is the referential point at Motul IT on project management methodology, providing functional expertise on work management solutions.
GENERIC
· Contribute to IT Strategy management processes and facilitate IT strategic governance meetings
· Define IT Budget management processes and facilitate IT Budget governance
· Produce corporate IT Budget reportings and manage communication with Finance teams in delegation of CIO
· Build IT Project management processes and governance, then facilitate governance meetings and decisions
· Manage knowledge sharing on project management methodology, provide IT resources with training and coaching
· Provide IT Resource managers with methodology and tools to manage resource workload.
· Understand key stakeholders and influence patterns within the organization; target the right stakeholders at the right time

Education / Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or industry fields or similar professional education/certification in the IT domains (Network, Virtualisation, Storage, Security)
At least 8 years’ experience in an IT environment as Project management Officer,Ability to build processes, Governance plan and corporate reporting deliverables
Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies.
Language :
English: Fluent
IT Knowledge:
Project Management experience is a mandatory,
Strong knowledge of IT Applications and hardware management
Business sense and business operational experience,
Team-/customer-oriented attitude and working style,
Very strong interpersonal communication skills including active listening, clear writing and speaking, as well as coordination, persuasion, negotiation and social perceptiveness is mandatory,
Agile or Product management experience is a plus.
